Bigfoot Bounce Houses West Michigan is a family-owned, one-truck inflatable rental company based in Caledonia and run by Kevin, a nurse and a dad. Lowell is roughly 22 minutes and 18 miles from us up Alden Nash Avenue, so delivery, setup, and takedown are included with every water slide rental in Lowell.

Dash N’ Splash is our water slide and obstacle course combo, $349 a day. It runs wet or dry, the splash pool is included, and it gets a hospital-grade three-step sanitizing after every party. We are fully insured.

Check your date and reserve Dash N’ Splash online, or text (616) 232-6077 with your date and address.

Where to set up in Lowell

A water slide has one requirement a bounce house does not: a hose spigot within 50 feet, on top of the outlet. That decides which Lowell spots work in wet mode.

  • Your backyard. You need a 25′ × 22′ footprint on grass, asphalt, or concrete, about 5 feet clear on every side, 20 feet overhead, and both a standard outlet and a spigot within 50 feet. We bring the hose and the cord. No gravel, sand, or rocks. Lowell yards, from the historic district off Main Street out to the lake houses on Murray Lake and Stoney Lake, usually have the room.
  • Fallasburg Park (1124 Fallasburg Park Drive NE) is the one park setup near Lowell that lists both electric service and running water: the open shelter, $150 a day for up to 144 guests. Kent County requires special permission for amusements, so contact the Park Manager at least two weeks ahead and budget $25 per amusement. Reserve online or at (616) 632-7275. Picnic area C2 has no electric or water.
  • Lowell Charter Township parks. The township’s park rules allow amusements with special permission from the office at least two weeks out, $25 each, and the shelters at North and South Riverfront Park are first come, first served. Electricity and hose hookups are not published for the shelters, so plan on dry mode with a generator. Call (616) 897-7600.
  • Creekside Park (1550 Gee Drive). The large pavilion is reservable through City Hall at (616) 897-8457, but the City does not publish the fee, power, water, or inflatable rules. Call before you count on it.

What we bring

Dash N’ Splash is 25 feet long, 22 feet wide, and 17 feet tall. Kids climb the wall, clear the pop-up obstacles and tunnels, then slide into the splash pool. The pool is included, not an add-on. One rider on the slide at a time, with a responsible adult watching; Kevin reviews the rules at setup.

$349 per day, with delivery to Lowell, setup, staking or sandbags, blower, hose, cord, takedown, and sanitizing all included. It runs on one blower on one standard circuit, and in wet mode a garden hose keeps the slide slick and the pool filled. You supply the outlet and the spigot within 50 feet.

It runs wet or dry. Wet season in Lowell is short, so run it wet for a June end-of-school party or a Fourth of July weekend on Murray Lake. On a cool May or September day, or for a Pink Arrow week team party, run it dry and it becomes a full obstacle course with a slide finish, same price, no soggy kids.

Pair it with the Extra Large Bounce House for the little kids, or add a foam party or a cotton candy machine (from $110).

How it works

1. Book your date. Pick your date on the rentals page, or text (616) 232-6077 with your date and address.

2. Kevin delivers and sets up. He stakes or sandbags the unit, connects the hose and blower, checks the water flow, fills the splash pool, and walks you through the safety rules: one rider on the slide at a time and a responsible adult supervising throughout.

3. You enjoy the party. Afterward we drain, tear down, haul away, and run the three-step sanitizing (sweep and inspect, disinfect, final inspection).

Weather: the slide has to come down if winds exceed 15 to 20 mph or it rains. Kevin watches the forecast and will cancel ahead of time with a full refund if conditions look unsafe. Booking: 2 to 4 weeks ahead in peak season (May through September), and summer Saturdays go first.

Water slide FAQs — Lowell edition

How much does a water slide rental in Lowell cost?

Dash N’ Splash is $349 for a one-day rental, with delivery, setup, splash pool, hose, blower, takedown, and sanitizing included anywhere in Lowell or Lowell Charter Township. No surprise fees.

Is delivery to Lowell included?

Yes. Lowell is about 18 miles and 22 minutes from Caledonia, inside our included delivery area. The price is the same downtown, at Fallasburg, or out at Murray Lake. If the setup spot is a long carry from where Kevin can park, mention it when you book.

Can I set up a water slide at North Riverfront Park?

Possibly, in dry mode. The township requires special permission for amusements at least two weeks ahead, $25 per amusement, and its shelters are first come, first served. Electricity and a hose hookup are not published, so plan on a generator and skip the water; the park’s free splash pad, open daily 10 to 8 in season, covers the getting-wet part. Call (616) 897-7600 to confirm.

What power and water do I need?

One standard outlet and one hose spigot, both within 50 feet of the slide. We supply the hose and the extension cord, and the blower runs on a single standard circuit. If you have an outlet but no spigot, book it dry.

Are you insured? Can you send a certificate of insurance?

Yes. Bigfoot Bounce Houses is fully insured and provides a certificate of insurance on request for a church office, Lowell Area Schools, Kent County Parks, or any venue that asks. Just tell us the name to list.

How far ahead should I book a water slide in Lowell?

Two to four weeks in peak season, May through September, and summer Saturdays disappear first. Riverwalk Festival weekend in July and Kent County Youth Fair week go fastest, so if you have a specific date, lock it in as soon as you know.
