Foam Parties in Middleville
What Is a Foam Party?
A foam party is an outdoor event where a foam cannon fills your yard, driveway, or field with mountains of safe, bubbly foam that kids (and adults) can dance, play, and dive in. Bigfoot runs them two ways: a self-managed Basic Foam Party, where Kevin drops off the cannon, shows you how it works, and you run the foam whenever you want all day, or an operator-run Glow Foam Party, where a trained Bigfoot operator runs the whole show under lights after dark.
Middleville is practically next door: 7 miles south of our Caledonia base, about 9 minutes, and Kevin, a nurse and a dad, handles every delivery himself. The Middleville State Game Area gives Benny, our Bigfoot in the blue Hawaiian shirt, 320 acres to disappear into. A foam pit is the one thing that brings him out.

Local Know-How
Where to Set Up in Middleville
Foam needs less room than an inflatable. A 20′ Γ 20′ patch of lawn or driveway is plenty, with a standard outlet and a hose spigot within 50 feet of the cannon. Glow foam wants darkness, which means backyards, church lawns, and private venues rather than public parks, since village parks close at dusk. Daytime foam at a village park is possible if you ask first: the village rents its shelters on one application, rates cover six hours (doubled beyond that), every booking carries a $100 security deposit, and private rentals are alcohol-free, which matters for a grad party. The application never mentions foam, inflatables, or spigots, so call the Village Office at (269) 795-3385 (MonβThu 8β5, Fri 8βnoon) first.
- Spring Park Picnic Shelter β $50 resident / $100 non-resident; the one shelter with an outlet listed, plus restrooms and about 12 tables. Ask about a hose spigot; key pickup at Village Hall.
- Calvin Hill Park Shelter β $25 / $50 at Ellis and Fremont Streets, next to the skate park and basketball court. No restrooms, no outlet listed, so plan on a generator and a water source.
- Sesquicentennial Park Pavilion β $100 / $200, no outlet listed.
- Schools, churches, and camps. Schools and nonprofits pay no village facility fee. Private venues with their own water are worth a call: YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin on North Briggs Road takes group rentals, and we send a certificate of insurance to Thornapple Kellogg Schools, Middleville United Methodist, or any venue that asks. Outside the village, Thornapple Township is (269) 795-7202.
No Surprises

Everything Parents Ask
Foam Party FAQs β Middleville Edition
How much is a foam party rental in Middleville?
Basic is $275 for the day and Glow starts at $400, both with delivery, setup, and takedown included for Middleville. Extra hours of foam solution on the Basic package are $75 each. There are no travel or surprise fees.
Is delivery to Middleville included, or is there a travel fee?
Included. We are 9 minutes up M-37 in Caledonia, so Middleville is one of the shortest trips we make. Village, Thornapple Township, and Yankee Springs Township addresses all get the same pricing.
Can I hold a foam party at Calvin Hill Park?
Ask the village first. Calvin Hillβs shelter is the cheapest rental in town at $25 (resident) or $50 (non-resident) plus the $100 deposit, but there are no restrooms and no outlet or spigot listed, so you would need a generator and a water source, and the village has no written policy on foam. Call (269) 795-3385 and describe the setup. Parks close at dusk, so glow foam is out there regardless.
What do I need for power and water?
A standard outlet and an outdoor hose spigot, each within 50 feet of the foam spot. We bring the cannon, the solution, the extension cord, and the connections. No plug? Ask us about generator options before the date.
Are you insured, and can TK or my church get a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Bigfoot Bounce Houses is fully insured and sends a certificate of insurance to Thornapple Kellogg Schools, Middleville United Methodist, Camp Manitou-Lin, or any venue that asks. The village application marks its insurance section not applicable for private rentals, but we bring ours anyway.
How early should I reserve a glow foam party?
Three to four weeks, and earlier for June grad weekends when TK open houses stack up on the same Saturdays. Glow is operator-run, so Kevin can only be in one yard at a time; book the evening slot first.
Ready to Make Your Middleville Party Legendary?
Bigfoot Bounce Houses is a one-man shop, so Kevin sees every message. Book your foam party and he handles delivery, setup, safety, and squeaky-clean fun so you can enjoy the day.
