Bounce House Rental in Middleville, MI — Just Up M-37 in Caledonia

Extra Large Bounce House rental from Bigfoot Bounce Houses, set up on a lawn in Middleville, MI

Bigfoot Bounce Houses West Michigan is a one-man, family-owned rental company in Caledonia, 7 miles up M-37 from Middleville, about a 9-minute drive. Kevin, the owner, delivers, sets up, and tears down every bounce house himself. We’re practically neighbors.

Your $275 rental includes delivery, setup, stakes or sandbags, the cord, and a hospital-grade three-step sanitizing after your party. No delivery fee for Middleville, no surprise line items. We’re fully insured and a 2026 GRKids Family Choice Awards Top 10 Birthday Party Place. Reserve online, or keep reading for the best spots in the village.

Where to set up in Middleville

Backyards are the easy option. You need a flat patch of grass, asphalt, or concrete about 30 by 22 feet (the unit plus 5 feet of clearance on every side), 20 feet of overhead clearance, and a standard outlet within 50 feet. No gravel, sand, or rock.

The Village of Middleville rents its park spots through one application. Rates cover up to 6 hours (double for longer), plus a $100 security deposit:

  • Spring Park Picnic Shelter: $50 for village residents, $100 for non-residents. This is the one we’d pick. It’s the only village shelter with a documented outlet, and it has restrooms (bring your own paper and soap), about 12 picnic tables, and play equipment. Pick up the key at Village Hall.
  • Stagecoach Park Gazebo, downtown next to Village Hall: $75 / $150.
  • Sesquicentennial Park Pavilion: $100 / $200.
  • Calvin Hill Park Shelter at Ellis and Fremont: $25 / $50, but there are no restrooms.

The reservation form doesn’t list outlets at those last three, and it doesn’t mention inflatables at all. Call the Village Office at (269) 795-3385 (Monday through Thursday 8 to 5, Friday 8 to noon) to confirm a bounce house is fine and ask about power before you pay the deposit. Heritage Days has put a bounce house out for the kids, so the village is no stranger to them. School groups and nonprofits reserve village facilities with no rental fee.

What we bring

The Extra Large Bounce House is 20 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 16 feet 4 inches tall, with more than 300 square feet of bounce area, mesh windows all the way around, and fire-resistant vinyl. It rents for $275 per day. One blower runs on one standard 110V circuit; the blower, cord, and stakes come with it. You supply the outlet within 50 feet and a grown-up to supervise. Five to six kids of similar size can bounce at once.

How it works

1. Book your date. Reserve on the rentals page. From May through September, book 2 to 4 weeks ahead; Saturdays fill first.

2. Kevin drops it off. He stakes it on grass or sandbags it on pavement, fires up the blower, and goes over the safety rules with you.

3. Bounce, then we pack up. Kevin tears it down and runs the full sanitizing cycle (sweep and inspect, disinfect, final inspection) before it goes to the next family.

Weather: inflatables come down if winds top 15 to 20 mph or it rains. Kevin watches the forecast and will cancel ahead of time with a full refund if it looks unsafe. Bigfoot might be famous for disappearing into the woods, but we pride ourselves on showing up.

Bounce house FAQs — Middleville edition

How much does a bounce house rental in Middleville cost?

$275 for a one-day rental, including delivery, setup, takedown, and sanitizing. There’s no delivery fee for Middleville. Add a cotton candy machine from $110 if you want a treat table.

Is delivery to Middleville included?

Yes. Middleville is 7 miles and about 9 minutes from our base in Caledonia, one of the shortest drives we make.

Can I set up a bounce house at Spring Park?

Most likely, but call first. Spring Park’s shelter is the only village rental with a documented outlet, which makes it the best fit. The Village’s reservation rules don’t mention inflatables either way, so call (269) 795-3385 before you book.

What power do I need?

One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house; we bring the cord. At Stagecoach, Sesquicentennial, or Calvin Hill, where no outlet is listed, ask us about generator options.

Are you insured? Does the Village need a certificate of insurance?

We’re fully insured. The Village’s insurance requirement applies to events with an alcohol permit, not private parties, so a birthday party doesn’t need one. If a church, the Village, or the TK PTO wants a certificate for an event at McFall, Lee, or Page, we’ll send ours.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to four weeks in peak season, May through September. Grad-party weekends and the August Heritage Days weekend go fast, so book as soon as you have the date.
