Our standard rental period is one day for inflatables, but we can arrange for longer or overnight rentals for an additional fee. 

Foam parties are rented by the hour. We do offer discounts the longer you rent it.

Yes, we are a fully insured and legitimate company. The safety of your guests is our top priority. We can provide a copy of our insurance certificate upon request.

No shoes, no sharp objects, no silly string, no food or drinks, and no pets. Please follow the posted weight and occupancy limits for each unit to ensure safety.

Yes, a responsible adult must be present to supervise the equipment and children at all times. We will review all safety rules with you during setup.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

We can set up on grass, asphalt, or concrete. We cannot set up on gravel, sand, or rocks, as this can damage the inflatable.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during our peak season (spring and summer) to ensure you get the unit and date you want. Last-minute rentals are possible, so it never hurts to check!

Yes, we often have special offers or packages for renting multiple units or booking for a longer period. Check our website or social media for current promotions!

Each unit has specific dimensions listed on our website. As a general rule, you will need at least 5 feet of clear space around the entire inflatable and a minimum height clearance of 20 feet to avoid trees or power lines.

Our bounce houses require a standard 110-volt outlet on a dedicated circuit.2 Most of our units require one blower. Please ensure the power source is within 100 feet of the setup location.

Many public parks allow bounce houses, but you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and a power source (a generator may be required).3 Please check with the park authority beforehand.

Our units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every rental. We use commercial-grade, child-safe cleaning products to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for all our customers.

For safety, the inflatable must be deflated immediately if winds exceed 15-20 mph or if it begins to rain. The unit is extremely slippery and dangerous when wet. Once the storm passes, you can dry the unit with towels and reinflate it.
