Bounce House Rental in Cascade Township, MI — Delivered, Staked, and Sanitized

Extra Large Bounce House rental from Bigfoot Bounce Houses, set up on a backyard lawn in Cascade Township, MI

Bigfoot Bounce Houses West Michigan is a one-man, family-owned rental company in Caledonia, the township directly south of Cascade. Whether you’re in Forest Hills, along the Thornapple River, or out by the airport, Kevin, the owner, is roughly 15 minutes away and delivers, sets up, and tears down every bounce house himself.

Your $275 rental includes delivery, setup, stakes or sandbags, the cord, and a hospital-grade three-step sanitizing after your party. No delivery fee for a Cascade Township address, no surprise line items. We’re fully insured and a 2026 GRKids Family Choice Awards Top 10 Birthday Party Place. Reserve online, or keep reading, because in Cascade Township, where you set up matters more than usual.

Where to set up in Cascade Township

Backyards are the answer here, and Cascade yards are generous. You need a flat patch of grass, asphalt, or concrete about 30 by 22 feet (the unit plus 5 feet of clearance on every side), 20 feet of overhead clearance, and a standard outlet within 50 feet. No gravel, sand, or rock landscaping. Lots in Cascade Lakes, Tammarron, Manchester Hills, and the Forest Hills neighborhoods usually have room to spare; on a Thornapple River lot, pick the flat stretch away from the bank.

Here’s the part other rental sites skip: Cascade Township’s own parks don’t allow bounce houses. The township’s park reservation rules for the Cascade Township Park pavilion and gazebo and the Tassell Park Wisner Pavilion say it plainly: “No stakes or tents, bounce houses, or food trucks,” and events are capped at four hours. The pavilion is a nice $75 rental for residents ($150 non-resident), but plan the cake there, not the inflatable. If you have questions, Parks & Facilities is at (616) 949-1500.

Better options for a bigger crowd:

  • Church campuses on Cascade Road. Cascade Fellowship CRC (6655 Cascade Rd), Thornapple Covenant (6595 Cascade Rd), Cascade Christian (2829 Thornapple River Dr), and Ada Bible’s Cascade campus all have wide, flat lawns. Ask the office where the nearest outside outlet is; we’ll send a certificate of insurance naming the church.
  • Caledonia Lakeside Park (370 N Lake St SE, Kent County, about 15 minutes south) rents an open shelter for 125 with water and electric for $150 to $175 a day. Kent County allows inflatables with Park Manager permission two weeks ahead plus a $25 amusement fee. Call 616-632-PARK.
  • School fields. Forest Hills Public Schools books facilities through the district office at (616) 493-8800 and will want a certificate of insurance on file. We provide it.

Inflatables aren’t foreign to Cascade, by the way. The township runs its own inflatable play area at Friendship Park for Bounce Back to School in August, and the Fourth of July festival fills the Noto’s parking lot with rides and inflatables. The park ban is about reservations, not about kids bouncing.

What we bring

The Extra Large Bounce House is 20 feet long, 12 feet wide, and 16 feet 4 inches tall, with more than 300 square feet of bounce area, mesh windows all the way around, and fire-resistant vinyl. It rents for $275 per day. One blower runs on one standard 110V circuit; blower, cord, and stakes come with it. You supply the outlet within 50 feet and a grown-up to supervise. Five to six kids of similar size can bounce at once.

How it works

1. Book your date. Reserve on the rentals page. From May through September, book 2 to 4 weeks ahead; Saturdays fill first.

2. Kevin sets it up. He stakes it on grass or sandbags it on pavement, checks the blower, and goes over the safety rules with you.

3. Bounce, then we pack up. Kevin tears it down and runs the full sanitizing cycle (sweep and inspect, disinfect, final inspection) before it goes to the next family.

Weather: inflatables come down if winds top 15 to 20 mph or it rains. Kevin watches the forecast and will cancel ahead of time with a full refund if it looks unsafe. Bigfoot might be famous for disappearing into the woods, but we pride ourselves on showing up.

Bounce house FAQs — Cascade Township edition

How much does a bounce house rental in Cascade Township cost?

$275 for a one-day rental, including delivery, setup, takedown, and sanitizing. There’s no delivery fee for Cascade Township. Add a cotton candy machine from $110 if you want a treat table.

Is delivery to Cascade Township included?

Yes. Cascade borders our home township of Caledonia, so Forest Hills, the 28th Street and Cascade Road corridor, and the neighborhoods near the airport all get the same $275 price with no mileage charge.

Can I set up a bounce house at Cascade Township Park or Tassell Park?

No. The township’s reservation rules prohibit bounce houses, stakes, tents, and food trucks at its reservable pavilions, and events there are limited to four hours. Book the pavilion for the food if you like, but put the bounce house in a backyard, on a church lawn, or at a Kent County park such as Caledonia Lakeside, where inflatables are allowed with advance permission.

What power do I need?

One standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the bounce house; we bring the cord. A garage or exterior outlet is fine. No power at your spot? Ask us about generator options when you book.

Are you insured? Can you send a certificate of insurance to my school or church?

Yes on both. Bigfoot Bounce Houses is fully insured, and we’ll send a certificate naming your church, venue, or PTO. Forest Hills parent groups like the Thornapple Elementary PTO run family events all year, and Caledonia Community Schools covers the south end of the township, so if either district’s PTO wants a bounce house, we’ve got the paperwork ready.

How far ahead should I book?

Two to four weeks in peak season, May through September. Grad-party weekends in June, the Fourth of July (Cascade’s parade and festival morning), and Metro Cruise weekend in late August go fast, so book as soon as you have the date.
